Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
- Try everything free for 2 gameweeks – no card needed, nothing renews by itself.
- Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel (one click). Season and second-half passes simply end – no automatic renewal.
- Not happy? Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
- Be fair to the people on your league page: banter yes, abuse no, and only upload photos with permission.
- We're an independent fan service – not the Premier League.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Your Mini League ("we", "us") is operated by Pilko Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 260 Calusa Blvd, Destin, FL 32541, USA. Contact: hello@yourminileague.com.
These terms apply to the use of yourminileague.com, the league pages we host and the admin area. By starting a trial or buying a plan you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
Your Mini League creates a website for a fantasy football mini league from its league ID: tables, awards, match reports, statistics, an archive, optional competitions (for example a cup and a group stage) and more. One person – the league admin – sets up and manages the league page. Everyone with the link can view it.
Features may change over time as we improve the product. We won't remove a main feature of a plan you have paid for during the period you paid for, unless we have to (for example because the data source stops providing it – see section 9).
3. Account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to create an account and buy a plan.
- You log in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email account safe – anyone who can read it can log in.
- You may only create a page for a league you run or are a member of. If the league's own admin asks us, we may transfer the page to them.
4. Free trial
Every new league can use Your Mini League free of charge for 2 gameweeks with full access. If you start while a gameweek is in progress, that gameweek counts as the first of the two; otherwise the trial covers the next two gameweeks. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, the league page pauses until a plan is chosen. Nothing is charged and nothing converts automatically. One trial per league.
Voucher codes can add free gameweeks to a league's trial. Each code can be used once per league and only within its validity; vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and do not apply to plans that are already running.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Monthly plan – renews every month until cancelled.
- Season pass – bought from gameweek 30 onwards it costs half the normal price. It runs until the end of the current Premier League season (the day after the last gameweek) and then ends. It does not renew automatically; we'll invite you to buy the next season.
- Second-half pass (where offered) – runs from purchase until the end of the current season and then ends.
- Prices are shown on our website and in the checkout before you buy, including any VAT or sales tax.
- Paddle is our reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- For monthly plans, we send a reminder before renewals where the law requires it and show the next renewal date in your account.
- We may change prices for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to a running monthly plan, and you can cancel before it does.
6. Cancelling, withdrawal and refunds
- Cancel any time: in your account ("Cancel plan") or in the Paddle customer portal linked in every receipt. Your page stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan – no questions asked, wherever you live.
- Consumers in the UK, EU and EEA also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our money-back guarantee gives you at least the same: we refund the full amount, without deducting anything for the days you used. Details and a model form: Cancellation & withdrawal · Withdraw from contract.
- After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or as set out in section 9.
7. Your league page and its content
The league admin decides what appears on the league page and is responsible for the content they, or members they allow, add – nicknames, photos, logos, texts and archive uploads. As league admin you confirm that:
- you have told your league members about the league page and our privacy policy;
- you only upload a photo of a person who has agreed to it, and never photos of children (under 16);
- you have the right to use any logo, image or text you upload, and you don't use official club crests, Premier League or FPL logos;
- nothing you add is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, defamatory, or reveals private information about someone (for example addresses, phone numbers, health or financial details);
- you respect a member's wish to be shown by nickname, hidden or removed.
You keep all rights in your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to store, process and display it for as long as needed to run your league page (including turning photos into comic avatars). You can delete it at any time.
8. Banter, roasts and fair play
Match reports, awards (such as "King of the League" or "Stinker of the Week") and roasts are generated automatically from fantasy football results. They are meant as friendly banter about fantasy football performance only – never about a person's looks, origin, religion, gender, sexuality, health or private life. The admin can choose how sharp they are or switch them off. If anyone on a page feels a text goes too far, tell us and we'll change or remove it.
Takedown: anyone can report content on a league page to hello@yourminileague.com or via the removal page. We review reports promptly and may hide content while we do. We may remove content or suspend a league page that breaks these terms; for a serious or repeated breach we may end the account. If we end an account without a serious breach, we refund the unused part of the plan.
9. Fantasy Premier League data and availability
- Your Mini League is an independent fan service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by the Premier League, The Football Association Premier League Limited, Fantasy Premier League or any football club. "Premier League" and "Fantasy Premier League" are trademarks of The Football Association Premier League Limited; club names are used only to describe real teams.
- We read league data from publicly available Fantasy Premier League data. Updates can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable – for example around deadlines or when the source changes. We don't guarantee that data is always correct, and official FPL results always take precedence.
- Your FPL league stays yours. We don't run, control or charge entry to any Fantasy Premier League mini league. Admins must follow the Fantasy Premier League terms – in particular, membership of the FPL league must never depend on paying for Your Mini League, and our competitions (cup, group stage) are for fun only, without stakes or prizes run through us.
- If the data source becomes permanently unavailable to us, or we stop the service, we tell you as early as we can and refund the unused part of any plan you paid for.
- We aim to keep league pages online all the time but may need short breaks for maintenance and updates.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other leagues' admin areas, to scrape it, to resell it, or to use it for anything unlawful. Don't create league pages for leagues you don't belong to.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses.
- Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss – including decisions you make in your fantasy football team.
12. Consumers in the UK and EU
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you keep all rights the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you, and you can bring claims in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025; we are not obliged and do not offer to take part in alternative dispute resolution, but we're always happy to sort things out by email first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We tell subscribers about important changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and get a refund of the unused part of your plan.
14. Governing law and general
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, subject to section 12. Courts in Okaloosa County, Florida, have jurisdiction, subject to section 12.
- If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- We may transfer this contract to another company that takes over Your Mini League; we'll tell you, and your rights won't be reduced.
