Stop a monthly plan: "Cancel plan" in your account, or the Paddle customer portal linked in every receipt. Your page stays active until the end of the paid month.
Changed your mind within 14 days? Full refund – no questions asked, no deduction for days used.
Season and second-half passes end by themselves. Nothing to cancel.

1. Who sells your plan

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply. The service itself is provided by Pilko Trading LLC, 260 Calusa Blvd, Destin, FL 32541, USA, hello@yourminileague.com.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the UK, EU and EEA)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pilko Trading LLC, 260 Calusa Blvd, Destin, FL 32541, USA, hello@yourminileague.com) or Paddle (via the Paddle customer portal or the link in your receipt) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or the withdrawal button). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement is made by Paddle using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Your league page starts as soon as you buy a plan, because you ask us to begin straight away. By law we could charge an amount in proportion to what was provided until you withdrew. We don't: under our 14-day money-back guarantee you always get the full amount back.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee (everyone)

Wherever you live: if you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. Write to hello@yourminileague.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. This is in addition to any legal rights you have.

5. Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month – in your account or in the Paddle customer portal. No email or phone call needed.
You get a confirmation email straight away.
Before you're charged again after a long break, or where the law requires it, we send a reminder email.

6. After the plan ends

Your league page pauses. We keep it for 12 months, so you can come back next season with your whole archive. If you'd rather have it deleted straight away, use "Delete league page" in your account or write to us.
